We will be sending you an invite directly from Buildium once we've received all signature pages, First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit for you to register and set up your account to make monthly rent payments. Your lease will not become effective until we have received all signature pages, and the First Month’s Rent and Security Deposit checks have cleared.
Pets are permitted on an approval basis and will include additional costs that include pet rent and additional pet security deposit. Please let us know if you have a pet that needs to be added to the lease.
We only accept Bank Checks or Money Orders for First Month’s Rent and Security Deposits. Personal checks will not be accepted as a form of payment. The Bank Check or Money Order for Rochester rentals needs to be made out to UR Portfolio I, LLC and mailed to c/o Inside Out Property Solutions, Inc., 2360 Turk Hill Road, Victor, NY 14564. If you are local in Rochester, you can coordinate a time with Andrew to hand deliver as well. For Buffalo rentals the checks need to be made out to Buf Portfolio I, Owner LLC, and mailed to ℅ Inside Out Property Solutions 2360 Turk Hill Road, Victor, NY 14564.
Please let me know if you have any questions. For signatures, if you do not have access to a printer or scanner, PDF allows you to create an electronic signature which is acceptable given the circumstances.

We can be contacted through the Buildium portal for any of your maintenance requests or issues related to the property.
Utility companies must also be contacted directly in cases of emergency such as the smelling or leaking of gas. Other emergencies such as fire or any criminal activity issues with the property must be handled by dialing 911 directly.

Upon moving into the house a property inspection must be scheduled and completed. Also an inspection will need to be scheduled and completed prior to vacating the property. I can be reached via my email.

As a reminder utilities such as gas and electric must be switched into your name by your scheduled move in date. We would recommend contacting the utility companies 2 weeks prior to your move in date. This can be done by contacting the following:

Gas - National Fuel and Gas
Electric - National GridRochester area
Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E)
